September 10, 2021 LSE-Listed Mode Global partners with Elemental for governance
Mode Global Holding plc, the London Stock Exchange listed Fintech Group, has appointed Elemental to act as company secretary for the group and its subsidiaries.
Elemental will take on the full remit of company secretarial duties from ongoing Board Support to supporting the AGM, maintaining the statutory books, and liaising with Companies House.
Mode describes its mission as “creating the world’s most disruptive ecosystem, where exchanging value and creating wealth is seamless for all”. Recently it has signed up to the Crypto Climate Accord (CCA), pledging to run on 100% renewable electricity by 2030.
