Kate is Director of Governance at Elemental where her responsibilities include supervising, developing and growing the Governance team.
Kate has a wealth of practical governance experience having worked both client-side and in more recent years as an advisor.
In 2023 the Chartered Governance Insitute named Kate ‘Governance Professional of the Year’.
Tobias is Director of Company Secretarial Services at Elemental. He works directly with clients on company secretarial, corporate governance and regulatory law, often bringing a specialist knowledge of Financial Regulation.
Tobias is dual-qualified, as both a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute and as a solicitor, having trained and qualified at Linklaters in London.
