Elemental advises on another GXG Listing, supporting InnovaDerma through its capital raising and first listing
Elemental’s company secretarial and legal experts have advised InnovaDerma Plc on its capital raising and initial listing on the GXG exchange, which completed on 20 March 2015.

InnovaDerma plc has completed its listing on the GXG market, following the first round of capital raising during Q4 of 2014. With an initial market capitalisation of €27 million, this is a strong addition to the GXG.
