Have questions? We’re here to help
No. We don’t charge a fee just to setup a client. However, If you require the company’s entire history to be uploaded there will be an additional fee, this will also be the case if the company’s records need to be rebuilt or if the records are particularly complex. In this instance, we will notify you as soon as possible and work to keep these fees to a minimum. We do not charge for companies we have incorporated.
In addition to the support included in the fixed fee annual compliance service, we can also:
If the company records have not been properly maintained or there are gaps in the records we can rebuild the history for you. The work will be carried out on a time spent basis and we can provide a quote before commencing work.
Yes. We manage the statutory books for large groups of companies including in the financial services, energy and real estate sectors. If you operate a group structure please get in touch with more details and we would be happy to help.
A named company secretary is an optional feature of the annual compliance service. The company secretary will be able to sign certain documents on behalf of the company if desired. This can simplify administrative processes and avoid director and shareholder signatures appearing on the public record.
