September 2, 2021 Eleco plc appoints Elemental to advise on governance
Eleco plc (formerly Elecosoft PLC), the AIM-Listed international provider of software to blue-chip companies in the construction and built environment sector, has appointed Elemental to advise on company secretarial and governance matters and to act as its company secretary.
Elemental will provide ongoing board and committee support to the board of directors and the audit, nominations, and remuneration committees. Elemental will also take on responsibility for ensuring compliance with all Companies House filing requirements, advising on corporate governance, and AIM rule compliance.
The selection of Elemental came shortly before the recent announcements of two new experienced Non-Executive Board appointments. Dr. Nabavi, who was shortlisted for The Sunday Times’ Non-Executive Director Awards as AIM Director of the Year, joins the Board as Senior Independent Non-Executive Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee. Mark Castle joins from 20th September and will become Chair of the newly created ESG Committee.
