September 29, 2021 Elemental helps Trans-Siberian Gold transition from AIM
Trans-Siberian Gold (TSG), the leading gold producer, developer, and explorer, has appointed Elemental to support its UK compliance requirements.
In May 2021 TSG was subject to takeover by Horvik Limited, the firms were represented by Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP and Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP respectively. Horvik announced the successful completion of the Acquisition on 26 May 2021
Elemental will now provide Board support as TSG continues its transition from an AIM-listed firm to a wholly-owned subsidiary. Elemental has also been appointed named company secretary and will maintain the statutory books and assist with all Companies House filings.
TSG is focused on generating industry-leading shareholder returns while maintaining a commitment to operational excellence and its social and environmental responsibilities. The move by Horvik is intended to secure the future development of the TSG asset portfolio.
