Director of Governance

Kate is Director of Governance at Elemental where her responsibilities include supervising, developing and growing the Governance team.

Kate has a wealth of practical governance experience having worked both client-side and in more recent years as an advisor. Following governance roles at John Lewis and Domestic and General, Kate was appointed Head of Governance at RICS (the professional body) where she managed the Corporate Management Team. Kate specialises in advising organisations with complex and non-traditional governance requirements such as member bodies and financial services clients.

At Elemental Kate works with our high-profile governance clients including: Innovate Finance, Bank of Baroda, iFAST Global Bank, Cash Access UK,, GT Bank and HDR UK, amongst others.

Kate has an undergraduate degree in Mathematics and Management Studies, a Postgraduate Diploma in Law and is a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute.
