January 31, 2023 New Board appointment and more
Elemental is pleased to announce a number of new appointments. These people moves are part of a strong performance in 2022 that saw Elemental become the number 1 UK regulated agent in the market and the first provider to win “Service Provider of the Year” twice, with back-to-back wins of the Chartered Governance Institute’s flagship award for advisory firms.
New Board Appointment
Earlier this month Kate Owen FCG was promoted to the Elemental Board as Director of Governance.
Kate has a wealth of practical governance experience having worked both client-side and in more recent years as an advisor. Following governance roles at John Lewis and Domestic and General, Kate was appointed Head of Governance at RICS (the professional body) where she managed the Corporate Management Team. Kate joined Elemental in 2018 and specialises in advising organisations with complex and non-traditional governance requirements.
Managing Director, Nick Lindsay said “Kate has been instrumental in developing our governance offering and especially establishing the firm as a market leader in governance for financial services and member bodies”.
Kate sits on the Board alongside Dhruv Patel, Tobias Latham and Nick Lindsay. Kate was recently accepted as a Fellow of the Chartered Governance Institute.
