Send your Authentication Code
To get started with your Register of Overseas Entities update you will need to obtain and send us your Companies House authentication code. Please follow the instructions below.
To obtain your Companies House authentication code. You will need:
- Basic details to search for the entity.
- A Companies House online account (one can be created in a few simple steps, see below).
- Access to the email address held on record for the overseas entity to receive the code.
Instructions:
1. Find your Overseas Entity listing here, on the Companies House page.
2. Click 
on your company’s listing page.
3. Log in to request your code (or Create an Account). Your code will be emailed to the email address Companies House has on file for the entity.
4. Submit your details using the form on this page (if you have many entities and would prefer to email us, please send the information to [email protected].)
